Learning for Life Programme (LLP)
Community Youth Leadership (CYL): Leadership through Service
Fuhua’s Community Youth Leadership (CYL) programme aims to nurture ‘exemplary role models who are confident and passionate about serving.’
It aims to equip students with the necessary project management skills and leadership skills through workshops and experiential learning in collaboration with community partners. The theoretical underpinning of Leadership through Service is taken from The Leadership Challenge by Kouzes and Posner and the Design Thinking Process for Service Learning.
Our vision is for our students to become youth leaders in the Jurong area who are actively engaged in making a positive impact in the community.
